Depending on the length selected, the foundation relies on up to 8” Structural Channel Steel Frame Rails and 4" Channel Crossmembers to provide massive payload strength while preventing interior tube rusting. Every bed is coated with a powder primer and finished in a super durable high-gloss black powder coat.

- 1-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty: Covers the structure of the PJ truck body against defects in materials and workmanship arising from normal use for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
- 1-Year Limited Finish Warranty: Covers the powder coat and paint finishes against peeling, flaking, or cracking (excluding normal wear, physical damage, and areas impossible to achieve total coverage, such as behind rub rails).
- Lifetime LED Light Warranty: All factory-installed LED lights are backed by a lifetime warranty.
- 4-Year / 48,000-Mile Service Body Warranty (GU & GUA Models): Specialized extended coverage exclusively for steel and aluminum service bodies protecting against manufacturing defects, including a 6-Year No-Rust Guarantee.
- Third-Party Components: Any individual components not manufactured directly by PJ Trailers are covered by the warranties provided by their respective original manufacturers.
