You’ll haul the toughest, biggest loads with the PJ ALGB Aluminum Flat Deck, an expertly designed, professional-grade workhorse that comes in multiple sizes to fit nearly any truck chassis. Featuring a smooth .090" extruded aluminum body, this bed gives you uncompromised strength, longevity, and a significantly lower risk of corrosion compared to traditional steel bodies. Built on a hybrid steel subframe with premium towing components, the ALGB is ready for extreme commercial use across the Magic Valley.

The primary foundation relies on 4” structural channel steel frame rails, providing extreme towing strength and durability while preventing interior tube rusting. The deck is supported by industry-leading 3" aluminum channel crossmembers. The top surface is a high-strength Extruded Aluminum Floor Deck, which is stronger than standard tread plate and perfectly withstands rigorous elements.

  • Elite Towing Setup: Pull heavy trailers effortlessly using the 30,000 lb. independently rated Gooseneck Hitch, complete with an integrated 7-way electrical plug. Safely tow bumper-pull loads via the 18,500 lb. independently rated Steel Drop Hitch with full receiver access and integrated safety chain loops.
  • Aluminum Tube Headache Rack: Designed with strong materials to keep you safe when the unexpected happens, featuring integrated LED lighting to make your stop, turn, and tag lights easily visible.

  • Towing & Hitch Options: Upgrade to a 24K Rear Hitch (with 2.5" Receiver), install a B&W Turnover Ball (30K Rating), or completely delete the gooseneck box for a solid deck front-to-rear.
  • Headache Rack Configurations: Upgrade to a Super Duty rack for taller cab profiles (60" & 84x84" CA only), or delete the headache rack entirely.
  • Cargo & Lighting Enhancements: Add airline tracking to the side rails, install oblong chrome flush-mounted LED rear lights, or add a dedicated cargo light to the headache rack. Includes an optional backup camera with a monitor.
